About The Department

• The Department has introduced Honours courses from the Academic session 2016-17

• The department is new and general courses started from 2015 academic year.

• Journalism is concerned with collection and dissemination of news through both the print and electronic media. This involves works like reporting, writing, editing,photographing, broadcasting or cable casting news items. Print journalism involves works of the editors, reporters, columnists, correspondents etc. Electronic journalism includes both Radio, Television and the Web.

• Close interaction with the students and identifying individual capacity of our students.
